YouPassly ("we," "our," or "us"), operating at https://youpassly.com, provides a digital customer retention and native mobile wallet pass platform (supporting Apple Wallet and Google Wallet). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website, utilize our Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication services, or interact with our loyalty pass systems.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Authentication & Profile Data (Google OAuth): When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information authorized by you, including your full name, verified email address, Google account identifier (Subject ID), and profile avatar.
  • Merchant & Storefront Details: Store/brand name, business category (e.g., F&B, Retail, Spa), physical business address, and optional storefront GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) used exclusively to configure customer lock-screen geofence alerts.
  • Customer Engagement Data: Member transaction totals, check-in timestamps, points redeemed, and loyalty tiers for member passes issued through your store portal.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

YouPassly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

  • We use Google user data solely to authenticate your merchant identity and provision your store dashboard.
  • We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
  • We never use Google user data for serving personalized advertisements or training generalized AI models.
  • Human access to user data is strictly prohibited unless required to resolve critical security incidents or technical outages with explicit user consent.

4. Geolocation Data Usage

When merchants specify GPS coordinates for their storefronts, this data is strictly embedded within Apple Wallet (.pkpass) and Google Wallet digital passes to trigger native lock-screen notifications within a 50-meter perimeter. YouPassly does not continuously track or record real-time device telemetry outside this pre-configured retail perimeter.

5. Data Retention & Security

All network communication is enforced through HTTPS using TLS 1.3 encryption. Passwords, session tokens, and authorization keys are protected using salted SHA-512 and HMAC-SHA-256 cryptographic standards. We retain account data only as long as your merchant profile remains active.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests

You possess the full right to access, inspect, modify, or permanently delete your account data at any time. To initiate an account deletion or request a complete purge of all associated store records, contact our privacy team directly:
